About
The IT Factor
Dozens of studies have proven that elite athletes consistently demonstrate superior vision-based skill sets. Whether they were born with these capabilities or they were developed over countless hours of practice, we cannot determine. But we do know that visual processing skills are trainable. And while athletes at all levels spend countless hours practicing their particular disciplines, not all athletes reach the highest levels in their sport. Furthermore, those that do reach the highest levels are not always the biggest, strongest, or fastest athletes. We at REACT Sports Vision Academy therefore believe that high-level visual processing skills are a key component to an athlete’s success at all levels. We believe that we can train the IT factor.
